NATIONAL ASSOCIATION SELECTS 10 MOST INFLUENTIAL WOMEN ON THE RISE

(Mobile, Alabama – April 22, 2011) – National Association Women on the Rise (NAWR) has selected 10 women entrepreneurs from its association to recognize as outstanding “Women on the Rise.’  To qualify, a nominee had to meet selection criteria that included being active members of NAWR, with established businesses and possess leadership qualities by paying it forward.  “It is important to recognize those who not only have successful businesses, but are giving back to their community and empowering others as well,” said Founder and CEO, Sylvia Browder.

The selected winners are Bianca B. King, President of Seven5 Seven3 Marketing Group; Della A. Beaver, CEO of A Tru Diva, LLC; Katrina Harrell, President of KM Harrell Group, LLC; Dr. LaVerne Hanes Stevens, CEO of The Joseph Alliance, Inc; Oriel Ross, Founder and Director of O. Ross Enterprises, Inc; Shawn Chavis, Editor-in-Chief of Bronze Magazine; Tanya Smith, CEO of Be Promotable; Dr. Tekemia Dorsey, the CEO/President of The Creative Group; Tamyka Washington, Founder and CEO of TheCEOMamma Network Community; and Walethia Aquil, Founder and Director of Grace and Charm and the creator of The Grace and Charm Success System.
