She firmly believes that when people know better, then they do better, and become better for the benefit of themselves and others.
Tiffany has always had an unquenchable thirst for knowledge. An avid reader, researcher and student of life, she has acquired a diverse skill set and information-base. Through traditional education, she has earned her Bachelor’s of Science in International Finance from Morgan State University ; Masters of Business Administration with a concentration in Management Information Systems from Morgan State University; Series 7, 66, and 63; Maryland State Life and Health Insurance License; Compass Certified Coaching Certificate; Dream Mentors Christian Life Transformational Coaching Certificate and Training Certificate; and Washington Bible College Christian Leadership Certificate. By the way of experiential education, she has acquired the skills of life balance, personal effectiveness and productivity; self-motivation and purposeful living.
Through the combination of the gifts God has placed in her and the skills she has acquired, Tiffany has become a powerful and dynamic speaker and coach for a diverse population of clients and organizations. She has the ability to engage and inspire her audience with her content relevance, practical application and total transparency. Pearls In Pursuit, a division of Mind Over Money, LLC, is the divine intersection of all of the experiences Tiffany has ever encountered. Her personal and group coaching services enable her to connect intimately with her clients and to help and guide them as they progress through their life’s pursuits. Through the Salt and Light Coaching Ministry, she is able to fulfill her passion for Marketplace Ministry training, to provide fellow Christians with support as they seek to live life more abundantly (John 10:10), and to certify others in the principles and practices of Christian Coaching (2 Tim 2:2). Through the 4E Academy Institute, she is able to provide practical training and executive coaching in the areas of personal, professional and leadership development.
Tiffany strives to make every experience that she has with others memorable. She works to lead others towards their ‘Defining Moments’….those moments where they define and make concrete the abstract visions of the minds and souls. One day in the midst of her own personal transition and pursuit, she dared to ask God to enable her to create a life where she could learn, teach and motivate on all of the things that she loves and has experienced as a profession. Tiffany is married to a loving and supportive husband, Hari Lymon, with whom she raises her four children in Harford County, Maryland.
