Elder Plezie Small acted on her calling to be a warrior for God and bring people to Christ with a truth echoing throughout her, “Greater is He that is in you than He that is in the world” (1John 4:4b). In May of 1993, Plezie Small obtained her license to minister in Conley, Georgia at her home church, the Wings of Faith Worldwide Ministry where Bishop Dreyfus C. Smith, Pastor and Founder, where she was also ordained the next year. Minister Plezie Small teaches throughout the United States that God has equipped us all with the strength and know how to overcome the many difficulties we face in life to be successful Christian leaders.
She founded Women of Change Ministries International Inc. with the knowledge that nothing could overtake her nor make her feel powerless because of Christ’s love for her. Her ministry of empowerment and strength guides women as they cultivate their relationship with and life in Christ. Elder Small’s work is one of deep personal significance to her. She has suffered through battles with self-esteem, abuse and depression. Having the endurance power of the Holy Spirit Elder Small has overcome and she is striving to assist other women of the same. Women of Change have monthly fellowships, empowerment workshops, retreats and conferences.
