Group Consulting… Virtual or In Person
An important aspect of group consulting/coaching is to pair people with similar needs who would benefit from this service. This is a great opportunity to receive consulting/coaching while benefiting from the successes and challenges of the other group participants.
All YOU need to do is refer a minimal of 4 (max 8) members to join YOUR group toget started. That’s it!

AND…
The first session each month… be prepared to be in the HOT SEAT! This allows you to put anything you like on the table for dissection and solutions from your peers. Each of you get equal time to share one challenge. Then allow your peers to assist you in working through it.
