You know what I LOVE about this post? I love that you pointed out how so many women doubt their abilities and skills in business, when in reality we have been domestic Matriarchs for many years. It’s great to see a successful woman pointing this out to her sisters. the biggest challenge women face in business today is realization of their own brilliance.

This was an empowering interview thank you Sylvia! Pam, I 100% agree and appreciate your mission. Thank you also for the tips on launching your book. I wrote a book targeted to women entrepreneurs and self-published it last year but did not do much to promote it b/c it didn’t feel “right” , now I’m in the process of launching it and have done a much better job on getting many of the things you mentioned to make this a success.

I truly believe attitude is EVERYTHING that success is truly a thought 1st. I have a client who I’m helping with her business strategy but now we’ve had to go back to mindset b/c she’s so focused on the fact that she had to let go of her office and other ‘things” that defined her business before, therefore it’s difficult for her to move forward mentally. What advice do you have for women like her?

I will be reaching out to you very soon again, so happy to hear about this book and will be picking it up.

“The surface beauty does not compare to the inner ugly.” That line says it all and so often I feel women of all ages forget that there is more to beautiful that what is outwardly perceived. There are so many other contributing factors that create, shape and mold our inner beauty and I appreciate the mention of integrity, morals and honesty. I really enjoyed reading this article and knowing there are other individuals that share the same passion and concern for revealing the true meaning of beautiful.

Thank you so much for your comments. I was also touched by the business model that Stephanie has created to help women who are in such a delicate stage of their pregnancy as well as her charity to help women who are in need of diapers for their babies. I remember how expensive diapers were as I had 3 in diapers/pull ups at one time… that was years ago so the cost is much more today! In addition, I also liked her definition of ‘success.’

Sylvia
