‘National Association Women on the Rise’ is a membership association for aspiring and established women entrepreneurs. Our mission is to provide professional and personal resources while uplifting and empowering women entrepreneurs through collaboration, education, mentoring, spiritual and peer support, leadership and networking. It is our strongest belief that through the ‘Power of Unity’ victory and success is achieved!
‘National Association Women on the Rise’ profiles and support successful women entrepreneurs from coast to coast, who are successfully running thriving businesses AND those aspiring to create their own legacy. Women are starting and growing businesses at an alarming rate. In fact, according to Center for Women Research, a non-profit organization that provides data-driven knowledge to advance the economic, social and political impact of women business owners and their enterprises worldwide:
1.9 million firms are majority-owned (51% or more) by women of color in the U.S.
- These firms employ 1.2 million people and generate $165 billion in revenues annually.
- Between 2002 and 2008, these firms grew faster than all privately held firms.
This is astounding!
The purpose of ‘National Association Women on the Rise’ is simple:
- To bring women entrepreneurs smart business and personal strategies and tips for their thriving businesses.
- To focus on women who are succeeding at their entrepreneurial ventures, highlighting their successes, trials and tribulations and bumps and bruises along the way.
- To share their journey and experiences and inspire ‘aspiring’ entrepreneurs.
- To share expert resources in the areas of beauty, entrepreneurship, financial wealth, health & wellness, spirituality and women issues.
